Refund policy

At Darksight, every drop is carefully designed and produced with purpose. As a small, independent brand, all items are made in limited quantities, which allows us to focus on quality and meaning. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at darksight.clothing@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we review your request, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue a full refund for the affected item.

Shipping & Delivery Issues
Darksight is not responsible for lost or delayed packages after delivery confirmation. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is lost or stolen, we will work with the carrier to investigate, but replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed in these cases.

Sizing & Fit
Because each drop is limited and made in small batches, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing mistakes. We recommend checking our sizing guide carefully before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To report a damaged or defective item, contact us at darksight.clothing@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved requests will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days for a replacement or refund.
