At Darksight, every order is carefully packaged and shipped with attention to detail. As a small, independent brand, our production and fulfillment process may take slightly longer than larger retailers, so we appreciate your patience.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During limited drops, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping (US): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited shipping (US): 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier, and delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

International Shipping
At this time, Darksight ships primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available for select drops — any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Darksight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at darksight.clothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
